How to Get Luminous Moss

Obtain at Glimwood Tangle

You can get Luminous Moss in Glimwood Tangle, at the end of the patch of grass behind a female Trainer.

Exchange for BP at the Battle Tower

Luminous Moss can be obtained at the BP Shop in exchange for 10 BP. The BP Shop is located in the Battle Tower at Wyndon.

How to Use Luminous Moss

Luminous Moss raises its holder's Special Defense when hit by a Water-type move. The item is then consumed.

Luminous Moss is suitable for Pokemon that is vulnerable to Water-type moves and need a bit more protection from special Water-type attacks like Hydro Pump.

Assault Vest can be a good alternative but do take note that the holder will not be able to use status moves if this item is held.
