Heal Ball can also be obtained by exchanging 20W in the Wild Area.

Receive from the Cram-o-matic

Cram-o-Matic

You can also obtain the Heal Ball via Cram-o-matic. You will need to use a Pink Apricorn in order to have a chance of getting the Heal Ball.
