You can get Figy Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
The Figy Berry has the effect of restoring 33% of the user's Maximum HP if they are at 1/4 or less Max HP. Causes confusion if the user has a -Atk Nature. This can be useful for tankier Pokemon and restores more than a Sitrus BerrySitrus Berry which is at restores only 1/4 Maximum HP at 1/2 Maximum Health. Example users of this berry include Incineroar due to its bulky build.

Figy Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Figy Berry in your Curry will give it a Spicy flavor.
You can also use Figy Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
