Conversion 2 Competitive Analysis

Conversion 2 is a defensive move that allows the Porygon line to gain resistances against any Pokemon-type. This move will change the user's typing to be resistant against the last move used against it. For example if Porygon2 was hit by Vine Whip the turn before Conversion 2 was used, it will turn into a type that resists Grass such as Fire or Steel.

While a handy move, Conversion 2 doesn't see much play because the Porygon line is mainly used as an offensive Pokemon. Basically running a move like this would be a waste of move slot and there are better defensive options such as Protect or Recover.

Conversion 2 Locations

Conversion 2 is the signature move of the Porygon line, thus making them the only Pokemon that can learn the move.
