Agility is one of the most iconic stat-boosting moves in Pokemon. It raises the user's Speed stat by two levels which almost always gives it the upper hand in battle.
Agility is commonly used by offensive Pokemon as their own setup before it can start wiping the opposing team as they still need to improve their Speed stat in order to outspeed the other team's main attacker.
Another strategy for Agility is to let Baton Pass users raise its Speed and pass it to the attacker waiting in the party. By doing this, no setup is needed and the boosted attacker can immediately start throwing its moves.
A direct counter to Agility is Haze, which clears the target's raised stats, or if the opponent is utilizing a Trick Room team which would ensure that the Speed-boosted Pokemon will move last.
Agility (TR12) is available to purchase from the Watt Traders in the Wild Area for 2000 Watts.
The Watt Traders' selection of TM and TRs changes everyday so make sure to check what's in stock!
It's also possible to get Agility (TR12) from Psychic-type Max Raid dens as a reward for defeating or catching the resident Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokemon.
It's also possible to get Agility (TR12) from the Cram-o-Matic, although the chances are still low even when using the right items.
