Flame Wheel is a damage dealing Fire-type move. This move has a 60 base power and a 10% chance to inflict Burn. In addition, this move also [red]thaws the user out if its[/red Frozen.

While a solid move with good utility, there are simply better physical Fire-type moves such as Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, and even Blaze Kick.
