How to Use Mental Herb

Mental Herb is a one-time use held item that frees its holder from partially-trapping moves like Bind or Wrap, removing residual damage from these moves and allows the holder to escape the field.

This move does not see much usage as wrapping moves are fairly uncommon in competitive battles, and for certain Pokemon, they can easily escape binding moves by using U-turn and the like.
