Grip Claw Effect

Grip Claw ImageGrip Claw
Effect An item to be held by a Pokemon. It extends the duration of multi-turn attacks like Bind and Wrap.

How to Get Grip Claw

You can get Grip Claw along Galar Mine No. 2. Please refer to the map.

How to Use Grip Claw

Grip Claw will extend any moves that will partially trap its target from 2-5 turns to up to 7 turns. This is an effective way of forcing the target to stay in the field for a few more turns, unless the target will use Volt Switch and the like which allows it to switch out.

A good example of using Grip Claw offensively is using it on a poisoned or badly-poisoned target. If it has no way of escaping, it will take residual damage from the binding move and from being poisoned.
