You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

You can get all kinds of Berries as a reward when winning Max Raids.

You can purchase certain Berries from the Berry Grocer in Wedgehurst.
The three Berries you can purchase from him are Oran Berry, Cheri Berry, and Pecha Berry.
Oran Berry will only see use when you are early in the game. Oran Berry will only heal 10 HP when your Pokemon's health will drop below 50%.
This may seem useless, but it can be a good staring point to learn the mechanics of held items for beginners as they start the game!
Oran Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Oran Berry in your Curry will give it a Spicy, Dry, Bitter, and Sour flavor.
You can also use Oran Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
