Competitive Analysis

Pokemon SWSH - Zygarde Power Construct

Thousand Arrows is one of Zygarde's signature moves. This moves hits both of your opponent's Pokemon in Doubles, and unlike Land's Wrath, this move has a very useful additional effect.

Thousand Arrows, even if it is a Ground-type move, will hit Pokemon that aren't grounded. This means that it can hit and damage Flying-type Pokemon, those with the Levitate Ability, or those holding an Air Balloon.

Once hit by Thousand Arrows, the target will remain grounded until it is switched out. By doing this, Pokemon that are otherwise immune to Ground-type moves can now be hit with Ground-type attacks.
