You can unlock Give Her Sweetness quest by completing the first event quest, Give Her Surprises. Then, simply use your in-game clock to and skip one day to trigger the quest!

Give Her Sweetness Walkthrough

Wait until the following morning

Wait until the following morning (08:00 - 10:00) by skipping thru the in-game clock, then look for Dori at the meet-up place.

Go to the scene of the crime

However, Dori had already looped Candace into the situation, so instead go to the scene of the crime nearby Caravan Ribat after Candace fills you in the details.

Follow Candace

After arriving at the crime scene, follow Candace as she trails along the residual traces of the robbery. The trail eventually leads to the robbed merchants, so simply ask the caravan about the situation, and have them recount the crime.

Return to Caravan Ribat

Then, return to Caravan Ribat to report what happened to robbed caravan. As you wait for Candace, you meet the General Mahamatra, Cyno, who happens to be investigating the same case that you and Candace have just reported.

Meet up in Port Ormos

Once you're done talking to Cyno in Caravan Ribat, meet up in Port Ormos. However, as you're en route to the place, Candace suddenly gets a vision once more which turned out to be just Alhaitham and Kaveh talking about the Candy Tower that

Go to the gathering spot

After talking to the pair, go to the gathering spot with Kaveh and Candace, just around the corner and talk to Faruzan about the plans for the Candy Tower.
