Interact With the Start Marker
If you happen to leave the challenge area, you need to interact with the Start Marker on top of the hill again or else it won't start at all!
How to Rescue the First Animal

| 1 | Observe the Teleporting Canine Bunshin near the first animal from the starting point. |
| 2 | Once it's by the shore, immediately activate the fireworks mechanism and the smoke machine. |
| 3 | Fire the net near the smoke machine and hide away towards the starting point again! |

| 1 | Observe the Teleporting Canine Bunshin near the second and third animals. |
| 2 | Once it teleported towards the shore jump down from the starting point an activate the fireworks near the starting point. |
| 3 | Activate the smoke machine near the second animal for good measure and use the net to catch them! |

| 1 | Once you're back to the starting point, make sure that the teleporting Canine Bunshin is on the shore again. |
| 2 | Then activate the two firework mechanisms below the starting point for good measure. |
| 3 | Activate the smoke machine near the third animal and use the net to catch them! |

Use Anemo Characters to spread Hydro from the waters near the challenge area. Then use a Cryo AoE Elemental Burst to freeze all enemies and deal more damage!

Complete the Mystery of the Black Shadow
Bantan Sango Case Files: Stealthy Trail is the second part of the Bantan Sango Case Files: Warrior Dog event. You must complete the first part of the event, the Mystery of the Black Shadow before being able to do this one.

- Wait until the following day (06:00 - 18:00)
- Go to Bantan Sango Detective Agency
- Go to the Investigation Site and perform the rescue (0/2)
- Save the small animals from the Canine Bunshin
- Save the small animals from the Den of Thieves
- Report back to Ryuuji
Bantan Sango Case Files: Stealthy Trail Walkthrough

| 1 |  You can only start the quest during the day in-game, so make sure it's between 6:00 - 18:00 to be able to talk to Ryuuji in front of the Bantan Sango Detective Agency. |
| 2 |  Talk to Ryuuji, who will mark the locations of the animals you need to rescue on the map. |
| 3 |  Save three small animals from the Canine Bunshin. |
| 4 |  Defeat the enemies and rescue the two small animals from the Den of Thieves. |
| 5 |  Report back to Ryuuji to complete the quest. |
| 6 |  Collect your rewards in the Event Menu! |
