After reaching the required level and completing ''Ritou Escape Plan,'' you only need to talk to Katheryne in Inazuma to begin the event!

On the final day of the Spectral Secrets event, the quest Floating Spirits - The Investigation Ends will unlock. Simply talk to Katheryne in Inazuma City for this quest!

| 4 | Use a friend's character to boost your rating. |
| 5 | Claim the rewards after each Expedition. |
How to Select an Expedition
There are 3 Expedition types!
Expeditions are either S-Rank, A-Rank, or B-Rank. There are a total of 7 daily expeditions, but you can only select a maximum of 4.
The needs will vary per player, but we recommend choosing 1 S-Rank, 2 A-Ranks, and 1 B-Rank each day because A-Rank expeditions give more Primogems than B-Rank ones!
S-Rank Expeditions need Preliminary Investigations!
Before you can dispatch your characters on an S-Rank expeditions, you will first need to perform a Preliminary Investigation. After lighting up all Electric Lamps and defeating enough Specters, you'll be free to begin the expedition!
How to Dispatch Characters
You have to keep three things in mind when dispatching characters: the number of required people, the recommended elements, and the expedition rating. Note that you can't use characters on regular expeditions!

This is the minimum amount of characters you need to start an expedition. You can have more than the required people, but never less! |
 Recomended Elements |
Having characters with one of the recommended elements will increase your expedition rating! |
 Expedition Rating |
This will determine the amount of rewards you get from an expedition. Always aim for the ''Perfect'' rating for maximum rewards! |
How to Increase the Expedition Rating
You can increase your Expedition Rating by following the recommended elements, assigning more characters to one expedition, or borrowing your friend's powerful characters to help!
How to Use a Friend's Characters
Click on the character button under ''Friend Support'' to choose one of your friends' characters! Select their most powerful characters to increase your expedition rating significantly.
If you don't have a lot of friends on Genshin Impact yet, you can visit our Co-Op boards and make some Spectral Secrets teammates!
