Dusclops will evolve into Dusknoir when it is traded while holding Reaper Cloth.
You can get a Reaper Cloth after completing a quest in Hammerlocke where you send a girl's love letter to a boy.
To get the Reaper Cloth, you need to deliver the Old Letter to the old man in Ballonlea. Follow the guide below on how to deliver it.

Talk to the girl named Paula in the upper right corner of Hammerlocke and receive the Old Letter. |

Go to Ballonlea and enter the first house in the far left. |

Look for an old man and talk to him. After giving the letter, the old man, called Frank, will give you a Choice Scarf. |

Go back to the place in Hammerlocke where you found Paula. She will no longer be there but you will find the Reaper Cloth by pressing A. |
If you find getting the Reaper Cloth from the kind-of-spooky quest, you can buy more from the BP Shop in Hammerlock Pokemon Center. The shop is next to the Pokemart vendors. Talk to the girl, and you can buy the Reaper Cloth for 10 BP.
Located in Stow-on-Side, there is a bargain shop that sells rare items where the prices are not fixed.
You can buy Reaper Cloth for ₽3000 if it is the Bargain of the Day.
You can only buy one item per day so it is good to visit daily. Talk to the merchant to check yesterday's, tomorrow's, and today's Bargain of the Day.
