Has anyone used it with Neuvillette? as it's damage is based on HP it should increase, either as a 4 set or a 2 + 2 for 40% HP increase
I hope we got limited character version of Dehya. I mean, this artifacts is actually good, and mitigation support is unique
Unfortunately, no. Unlike the Marechausse Hunter and Vermillion Hereafter sets which simply require your character's HP to decrease, Vourukasha's Glow requires your character to actually "take damage". Xiao, Gaming, and Fontaine Characters' HP loss mechanics aren't classified as damage. Dehya's Redmane's Blood actually *damages* her, so she's the only one who can reliably use the 4pc.
Is the 4pc set good on Furina as she can fluctuate HP with her skill? (Curious if it can also work if she's a main DPS with her C6)
4pcs Best in slot for Beidou. She still CAN get hit to get 4-set to work BEFORE casting skill and Burst. It's simple, just get hit and you get Voru-Buffs.
I personally think Diona would benefit more than other characters from doubling down on 20% hp from this and tenacity, and I also believe it's better than using 2 pc emblem if diona isn't C6 yet, provided she has her Sacrificial Bow.
Nilou bloom doesn't using this set, but she need 20+20 HP for boost her bountiful damage (this also counter your 'no char need 20+20 HP' argument)
Possibly the most useless set in the game. The 4pc can't be used with shields, and discourages dodging, while still having a difficult to maintain buff. The only time it's even viable as a 4pc is in a Nilou bloom team with her as on-field face-tanking damage (not great, but if you want to, go for it), or when you're playing a c2+ support/ sub-DPS Dehya (since below c2 she can't maintain the buff); ironically it still doesn't make her good. For 2pc, just go Milalith. And no char needs 2 +20HP.
True, it's best not to use Zhongli E skills except normal attacks only otherwise, Geo Crystalize shields a character will never make the 4pcs set work. Auto/Charge Attack Zhongli is the way. ^^
This set active when taking damage. But y'all mention shield character, that annihilate damage taken..
Try go 2pcs glow 2pcs Millileth and a Physical Goblet for Zhongli. Then build a superconduct team like Rosaria and Kuki along with spare units like Thrilling tales catalysts and attack buffer units of your choice. Mika works for phys buffs and attack speed for Zhongli.
imma just go ahead and say it's good for thoma for like when ur obsessed with him and cant stand him dealing sh!t damage and also u want some shield

Has anyone tried out a 2pc set on Yelan along with a 2pc from the tenacity of the millelith set to gain the extra 20% hp? Or is that pointless?
This artifact specialized for Sub-DPS quickswap playstyle (surprisingly this artifact increase Sanctum DMG well). Still, for Main-DPS, EoSF has 2-3% better in Burst DMG and easier to utilize its passive instead VG.
This set buffs Skill and Burst, and HT kit focused on normal/charged attack (her Burst is for last resort). So i think, no
question, but wouldn't the 4pc vourukasha glow be good for hu tao? her skill makes her take damage and plus her damage benefits from HP but she just won't get the stacks as much unless your not running zhongli potentially
It ll on 5 stacks increase Dehya skill and burst dmg by 50 % all together, 10% + 8% for every stack.
This is the artifact version of Beacon Reed Sea GS partially with 80% dmg bonus when damage taken passive. This is gonna be sweet for auto attack Dehya berserker dps type on field. Reminds me of Kokomi's specialized Clam set vibes way back hahah.
