Start by heading to Mingxing Jewelry in Liyue Harbor. |

To the left of Mingxing Jewelry, go up the flight of red stairs. |

Climb the stairs and head left up another flight of stairs leading to an overpass. |

Cross the overpass and head down to the stairs at the end. |

Head down, climb the next set of stairs ahead of you and turn left. |

At the end of this path, you'll find the Northland Bank. |

Head inside Northland Bank and climb the stairs leading to the vaults on the right. |
