Add 'fractured halo' in weapons list. Many people saying it's Xiao's new BiS weapon, atleast in top 3 now.

the developers really kept Xiao power very limited. i mean the developers could buff him in many ways. they could atleast give him the power to heal himself like other characters do. in his trial gameplay domain during his story quest, every enemy defeated restores HP to him. if not heal ability, the developers could allow Xiao to regen energy while burst active. its as if the developers intentionally nerfed him.
My brother Xiao has been with me since the beginning. He's literally my first character that does great damage in this game for me ( aside from Beidou). I would say i love him as a DPS since now i acquired all the characters in his Premium team along with everything i need for the team to function properly
Never understood why people are still so hyped about him. Character wise there's nothing fascinating about him and in combat he isn't of any special use at all.
Honestly I think with the new artifact set Xiao's rank should jump to S rank again. While definitely lower S tier (hes not competing with Hu Tao or Alhaitham, obviously) the new damage boost DEFINITELY puts him in a class above Ga Ming. Especially if you have his C1.
Should update to include the new set, which is Xiaos new BIS. 100% plunging dmg off artifact alone, vs a measly 58% ATK (which resents when entering burst or on switch).

Here after Xiao is basically confirmed a new BIS artifact set in the plunge set coming in 5.5. Zyox in shambles

while blackliff is definitely better Prototype Starglitter with its pretty good ER boost can be useful alot too in solo anemo teams imo even better than blackliff
