In the first half, Ayaka and Kaeya may hold the DPS and Sub-DPS positions, making it more beneficial to connect all Transmitters to the Coalescent Receiver for maximum Cryo DMG Bonus increase.
There's no need for a Hydro character in the first half team because the enemies will have Hydro self-applied, and can easily be frozen.
In the second half, its best to connect all Transmitters to the Shattering Receiver, to increase the damage against all the Frozen enemies even when your Main DPS may not be dealing Cryo damage themselves.

Skill Transmitter | Transmission will be triggered after a character uses an Elemental Skill, triggered once every 3s. |
Receiver Crystal | Vibro-Crystal Effect |
Coalescent Receiver | You gain a maximum of 1 Coalescent Receiver effect. When you gain 1/2/3 stack(s) of this effect, your character's Cryo DMG Bonus is increased by 32/48/56% respectively, lasts for 20s. |
Shattering Receiver | You gain a maximum of 1 Shattering Receiver effect. When you gain 1/2/3 stack(s) of this effect, your character's DMG against Frozen opponents is increased by 32/48/56% respectively, lasts for 20s. |

When choosing party members for this challenge, pick characters who can easily apply Cryo and Hydro to your opponents and Freeze them.
Anemo Characters that can Swirl these elements are also beneficial, especially in the First Half where the enemies are Large Hydro Slimes and Hydro Mimics!
Try to defeat as many opponents as possible in order to score more points. Use the highest difficulty and attempt to have at least 1000 points for each half of the domain!
Maintain the maximum Harmonic Strength by triggering the Transmitters and gain continuous Harmonic Points will grant you a consistent high CRIT DMG with all of your allies!
