Theres a pillar on the cliff edge where Paimon says, so this is where the eagles rest. THere are two, I climbed the pillar and used Yoimiya

afaik there was one which i tried to hunt often... now... i climbed up there and... nothing
At the location marked in the screenshot of the article there is no falcon up in the air. This article needs to be reviewed.

There's one above the highest mountain in the Guyun Stone Forest easternmost island
There are 2 of these birds at the top of the mountain directly south of the Qince Village eastern teleporter. Top of the mountain has a little pond and all those dragon statues
There is a falcon that flies near the Mingyun Village statue!
I've been trying to shoot the falcon with a friend for a while now, the location where we're standing is the clover mechanism next to the Geo Hypostasis, in Guyun Stone Forest. You can simply go around the hypostasis to the mechanism, and the falcon should be in the skies above.
