    There are 2 of these birds at the top of the mountain directly south of the Qince Village eastern teleporter. Top of the mountain has a little pond and all those dragon statues

    I've been trying to shoot the falcon with a friend for a while now, the location where we're standing is the clover mechanism next to the Geo Hypostasis, in Guyun Stone Forest. You can simply go around the hypostasis to the mechanism, and the falcon should be in the skies above.
