Correct; caught a couple of them at Luhua Pool. I had both Sayu and Aloy in my team, but I think only Aloy helps with the critters (Sayu is for the crystalflies and such)

I believe they have a 100 percent spawn at luhua pool. Mind the glitchy terrain though, have to get right up there (Sayu or Aloy) and pop it off.
