Shouldn’t this weapon work very well on any catalyst Hydro character? At least to me, in theory it sounds like an awesome pick for Hydro chars if you play around elemental reactions, doesn’t it? Or is there some hidden cd on the dmg buff or something?
i have him and that weapon works well on him, its more suited for anemo swirl characters
Would this work well with Heizou, the new character? I just pulled him and am looking for a good beginner f2p weapon
it doesn't make sense on Lisa, she can't do swirls. Sucrose can though, I would recommend keeping it on her so the skill actually works.
Does this only proc on swirl attacks? Been using it as a starter weapon for Sucrose but was thinking of trading it to Lisa later when I want to try out some different chars.
