The only first Cryo Catalyst unit right before hopefully Signora. 😢 She is the anti Overseer Unit boss hunter in Natlan that can prevent water-attack gauging to zero in an instant normal attacks etc.
It feels like she was the first character created by Natlan's writing team. Same lacks of natural story, plane personality, ugly design, anime-like shape.
But her passive isn't restricted, Idk why it says it is. For healing maybe but not damage. She gets more damage with other characters from other nations. So that is incorrect and shouldn't be even listed as a weakness. Bump this girl up cause she's overlooked tbh.

Also, my best advice is don't come back to Game8 for build guides. Just use them for walkthroughs. The problem with Game8 is they're trying to be an all around gaming guide site and this means their focus is spread thin everywhere. Stick to KQM. They can take awhile to get build guides out and their organization certainly isn't big like Game8 since they're made up of volunteers, but they are the best in what they do and they try to keep them up-to-date.
You probably won't see this since it's been 4 months lol, but yes, it's the best weapon for her. idk wtf is wrong with Game8's build guides (everybody should not blindly follow their guides), but you do not build her for damage. She is a healer who provides off-field cryo application. Although the HP does nothing for her, the healing and energy refund is what makes it so good for her.
KQM suggests Prototype Amber for the healer build. Is Prototype Amber also good on her?

not necessary, u can still use TTDS even her scaling aren't HP. . look at Mona
I imagined charlotte as first support cryo catalyst with hp-scaled dmg buff combined with Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers to inherit Shenhe Oh well

my diona is c3 and I wouldn’t exactly say well built but it’s decent. I just thought charlotte would be better due to her buff and healing for cryo teams. I also have a very good nobless set leveled up with atk and cryo dmg bonus I was planning to use but if diona is better than I don’t think I want to spend my resources on her just yet.
