How to Get All Energy Emissions
Energy Emission 1 - Burn the Roots with Pyro
The southern Energy Emmission is surrounded by Dendro roots. Burn it with Pyro but immediately get away as the grass may also burn. Just one hit is enough for you to access the orb!
Energy Emission 2 - Up in the Sky
Use Electro on the Bouncy Mushroom to jump high enough to glide towards the Energy Emission! You can also use the Four-Leaf Sigil to get higher.
Energy Emission 3 - On top of a Flower
The third Energy Emmission can be found on top of big yellow flowers. You can either use the Bouncy Mushroom nearby, or climb up the trees and hills and glide from there!
Energy Emission 4 - Above a Waterfall
The fourth Energy Emission is right above a waterfall. You can use a Bouncy Mushroom to get to the Energy Emission or jump down from the top of the waterfalls.
Energy Emission 5 - On top of a Flower
This Energy Emission is also on top of big yellow flowers. You can climb up the trees and hills and glide from there!
Energy Emission 6 - High up in the Sky
The sixth Energy Emission is high up in the sky and can only be reached using a Four-Leaf Sigil.
Energy Emission 7 - Above a Bouncy Mushroom
This Energy Emission is floating high above a Bouncy Mushroom that you can jump on to reach it.
Energy Emission 8 - In the Sky
The eighth Energy Emission is also up in the sky, and can be reached either by using a Four-Leaf Sigil or the Bouncy Mushroom below it.
Energy Emission 9 - On a Tree Root
The last Energy Emission is on one of the large tree roots passing over the road, where some Shroom-kin enemies may be nearby.

How to Collect Energy from Enemies
Collect the Energy in Battle Challenges
In each of the Battle Challenges, after defeating a set of enemies, an orb of energy will appear! Grab those energies to recover the Seelie's vitality!
Use Anemo to Gather Enemies
The shroom and slime enemies are susceptible to interruption via Anemo attacks. You can gather the enemies, then dish out damage through Dendro or Pyro reactions to defeat them in one go!

How to Collect Energy Particles
Climb the Branch for the Particle Challenge
Most of the Energy Particles can be found after climbing up the big branch nearby. Once you're up the trunk, simply use the Four-Leaf Sigil and glide through the Anemo rings to collect the final particles!
