The best normal/charged/plunge buffer set for ALL characters which Talent 1 levels are 9 to 10. Auto attackers, Plungers and chargers in just one click of Elemental skill. Add any attack buffer units like Bennet, Ayato, Yun Jin etc before using main AA character with this Shime set even more better.

They should update this, If you have wanderer you can equip 4pcs set to him in exchange to doing fast Normal attack and Ultimate with his BIS on sumeru artifact domain. Not only its resin efficient because its in the same domain with emblem, you'd rarely use his burst during rotations anyway and the best way to play him is by using skill and spamming charge attack. If you plan to use him with yelan or xingqui or any character that supports the dps by using normal attack is not the best artifact.

Why not use on Razor??Razor has no issue with er.

i think this set would be good for a hyper charged attack hutao, i have her on this set and she does 70k charged attacks without buffs

I don't think it's very useful to make a list of characters for which the 2-piece set is good. I mean, ATK% bonus is good on any character basically... It makes the recommandation for the 4 piece set less visible here... So basically the 4 piece set is only relevant for Yoimiya ?

I don't understand why this set is not rated S. This is one of the most broken and most versatile sets in the game for characters that don't depend on their ult, like Tartaglia, Hu Tao, and ofc Yoimiya. On top of that, you can easily regain the 15 energy lost during the 10 seconds and fill your ult again.
