    You can switch characters after getting the crit. It also works off field so I used it on Fischl for a little while and it was pretty good.

    Does the passive only work for the character who has it equipped? Or is it like elemental particles where you can generate them and quickly swap to another character so that character can receive the particles/energy

    Finish the prologue quest, it’s a reward for finishing dvalin. Then it’s all from wishes
