You could add Sigewinne at C2 as technically the first Hydro shielder in the game (not counting Xingqiu since he doesn't actually create a normal shield.)

Layla is the best option for a shield if you dont have Zhongli, as a lazy f2p, I can say that Layla is abseloutly an S tier support shielder. Although Zhonglis shield is the best in the game, Layla is a good alternative if you dont have him, but I also reccomend Diona and Noelle, since they are four stars that are easily obtained by players that can shield well and heal well.

1. Please add which can shield allies in Co-op. 2. Including which constellation or default. 3. Are the Co-Op shields different some how. 4. Including specific actions, if there are any. Example Kirara needs her C2 and has to bump her allies while in box form. The shield they receive is 40% of the strength of her own. P. S. Baizhu can also heal his allies.
