    ye he is right done it rn you know about that sword right in last loc say alone sword stand erect here silent and solemn idk is there any hidden quest after this or not

    there is more to this quest. after giving flowers to all the tombs i went back near the broken ship and cleared out 4 more surrounding pirate camps. it initiated a quest telling me to report back to Inaba Kyuuzuo. when i got to the broken ship there was only a final testament note telling me to go to the hill near Jakotsu Mine. There was 3 Kairagi, Defeating them ends the quest and earn the acheivement "Oh, the Humaninty!" 5 primo. i forgot how much the reward was.
