How to Unlock Skinny Arhat
Approach with Old Storyteller and Scholar in Skybrim Market

To unlock the Encounter Skinny Arhat, look for the Old Storyteller and the Scholar in Skybrim Market. From the center of the market turn right. They will standing in front of the flower vendor.
Skinny Arhat Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  After unlocking the quest speak with the Old Storyteller and Scholar. |
| 2 |  Speak with the Woman near the clothing stall. Ask her for scraps of fabric to make a patchwork robe for the Skinny Arhat. She will tell you about the Arhat's three miracles. |
| 3 |  Go to the Purity Pagoda to Investigate the three miracles. If you haven't unlocked the waypoint yet, you can use the Glowing Glor south of Jiuquan to get there. |
| 4 |  Enter the temple and eavesdrop on the Bodchen monks. Investigate the Buddhist Scripture Fragment on the table, the Vajra Pestle behind the Budha, and the booklets on the shelf. |
| 5 |  Connect the Clues. Choose Bodchen monks' conversation to A pile of vajra pestles. This will create the New Clue The malformed, top-heavy vajra pestles injured Bodchen monks. After this connect Buddhist Scripture Fragment to Booklets to create Likely these Han sutras were copied secretly by Han monks behind Mutun's back. Lastly, connect the 2 new clues together. |
| 6 |  Go outside and submit the robe to Wuzhen. He will reject the robe. Go back to the Woman and ask about the next miracle. |
| 7 |  Go back to the temple and investigate the big bell outside. After helping lift the bell go back to Wuzhen and give him the robe. He will ask for you to wait until the next day but will reject the robe again. Go back to the woman and ask about the third Miracle. |
| 8 |  After speaking with the Woman, go back to Wuzhen and talk to him. He will give you a letter. Give him the robe again and he will reject it. Go back to the Scholar and explain what happened. |
| 9 |  The scholar will ask you to give the robe to someonen who deserves it. Go to the bridge and approach the beggar. Give him the patchwork robe to end the quest. |
