Play the flute for Monk Unknowing in Peaceward Camp in Jade Gate Pass, located in Hexi. Complete his request of playing the flute in Whitecrown Fotrtress and Heroes' Graves to earn the Flute of the Tides Mystic Skill as your quest reward.
