This is a walkthrough for the Ever-Normal Granary, a Campaign side quest in Where Winds Meet. See this detailed guide for quest objectives and where to place Zheng E's notes in Apricot Village at the end of the quest.

Track the Ever-Normal Granary in the Granary of Plenty. Investigate the source of the dispute in front of the granary to start the quest.

1. Investigate the Dispute at Ever-Normal Granary
| 1.1 |  Investigate the cause of the dispute outside the Ever-Normal Granary. You are not allowed entry into the granary, so you need permission from Lord Shen. |

| 1.2 |  Go to Autumn Dusk Dwelling, southeast of the granary, and talk to Shen Yilun to get the Ever-Normal Token. Go back to the granary and talk to the guard to be granted passage. |
2. Inspect the Granary
| 2.1 |  Talk to General Li Shoujie in the granary. Follow the marker to a building to inspect the granary, but you will find it empty. |

| 2.2 |  Suddenly, you will be confronted by Li Shoujie. Defeat him and his two men. After defeating them, you will receive a clue on the map of the granary. |
3. Go to the Marked Location
| 3.1 |  Go to the marked spot on the layout, which is located in a fortified tower. |

| 3.2 |  Rush through the enemies and climb the tower until you reach the elevator. Defeat the crossbowman at the top, then activate the elevator to descend underground. |
4. Head to the Underground Granary
| 4.1 |  Run through the mine past the enemies. Activate the mechanism to lift the gate and keep running until you reach a blue-lit area. Slip through the crevice. |

| 4.2 |  To crawl through the passage blocked by vines, use fire arrows to burn the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossoms in quick succession. The Blossoms will come back if you do not burn them fast enough. Note the fire arrows on the ground to collect. |
| 4.3 |  Defeat the enemy ahead of the passage. Ahead of the path is a bridge you need to bring down. Shoot the Blossoms around the wooden base. Cross over and proceed deeper into the mine. |
5. Cross the Chasm
| 5.1 |  Study the vantage points to plan your way across the chasm. Face left, take the fire arrows on the ground, and burn the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossoms. Then, leap to the other side. |

| 5.2 |  Climb the ladder and jump to the opposite platform. |
| 5.3 |  Burn more Dawn-to-Dusk Blossoms and make the leap across. Open the chest at the top too. |
| 5.4 |  Make your final leap to the structure. A cutscene will occur, prompting you to investigate the source of the voices in the cave. |
| 5.5 |  Defeat the three guards to rescue the man, then talk to him after. |
6. Activate the Water Wheel
| 6.1 |  Advance further into the Underground Granary, taking the passage into a darker cave. Lift the gate guarded by enemies, then pass through to take the elevator headed down. |

| 6.2 |  To open the next gate, you have to clear the water wheel of vines. Take the path to the left past a rocky stream. |
| 6.3 |  Be careful fighting the enemies as they can deal massive damage accumulated from Rage. Defeat them first to avoid being troubled. |
| 6.4 |  Activate the mechanism to turn the water wheel, then burn the three Blossoms to lift the gate. |
7. Free Shen Yilun
| 7.1 |  Follow the path until you reach the center. Open the golden chest and take the fire arrows. Free Shen Yilun by burning the seven Dawn-to-Dusk Blossoms. First, burn the two clusters of far-off connected Blossoms marked A and B in front of the tree. |

| 7.2 |  To burn the last three Blossoms linked along the trunk, find an angle to shoot the Blossom behind the tree. Then, burn all three. |
| 7.3 |  After freeing Shen Yilun, follow him to a crevice. Passing through, you will find yourself in a dream-like realm. Follow the path to the end, where the tree is. |
8. Defeat Zheng E
You will return to the real world, where you will face Zheng E. Zheng E has two phases and combines fast melee attacks with quick ranged attacks as well. It is recommended to focus on parrying to deplete his Qi and perform Executions, which take out chunks of his health.
After defeating Zheng E, talk to him by the burnt remains of the tree.
9. Uncover the Final Story
You will be transported back to Autumn Dusk Dwelling. Skip the time to two days then talk to Zheng E to end the Campaign quest. At the end of his dialogue, Zheng E will give you his notes, telling you to place them in the house under the white apricot tree in Apricot Village.
Post-Quest: Place Zheng E's Notes in Apricot Village
| 1 |  Apricot Village is on the northernmost end of the Granary of Plenty. Go there and find the Boundary Stone first. |

| 2 |  Go south of the village and stop at the house before the bridge. |
| 3 |  Enter the bigger building and place Zheng E's notes on the table. Open the chest in the room too. |
| 4 |  Return to Autumn Dusk Dwelling. You will not find Zheng E there anymore. Enter the house and read Zheng E's Letter on the table. This will end the post-quest and reward you with the achievement A Promise Fulfilled. ▶︎ List of Trophies and Achievements |

Zheng the Frostwing is a boss fought during the Ever-Normal Granary Quest. During the first phase, Zheng the Frostwing will perform a fan attack that has a red glow which can be difficult to parry. We highly recommend equipping Meridian Touch and using it whenever he executes the fan attack to cancel it and knock him down for a few seconds, giving you time to dish out damage and whittle down his Qi bar.

These are all the rewards you get by clearing the Ever-Normal Granary Campaign, where you can fight the boss Zheng E again. This campaign is unlocked after defeating him in the Ever-Normal Granary Campaign quest.
Cosmetic Rewards Have a Random Chance of Appearing
You can earn the cosmetic rewards, but their low probability rate encourages you to grind the campaign until you receive the cosmetics. You are more likely to earn 1 Cosmetic Ticket from a Cosmetic Chest each time you clear the campaign.
If you accumulate 80 Cosmetic Tickets, you can buy the Fading Boom or Jade of Remembrance accessories in the Season Shop.
