Complete the Shadows in Bloom Quest

 Teleport to the Velvet Shade boundary stone in Kaifeng. You can start Shadows in Bloom by standing near the downed man by the docks, north of the boundary stone. |

 Follow the Nine Mortal Ways Disciple and complete the quest to recieve the tome for Blossom Barrage. |
Head to the Velvet Shade boundary stone in Kaifeng and witnessstand near the crowd around the downed man. Follow the the Nine Mortal Ways disciple to initiate the Shadows in Bloom quest. Completing the quest will reward the Blossom Barrage tome.

Blossom Barrage is a Legendary Internal Art that strongly synergizes with the Silkbind - Jade path of Martial Arts, further enhancing the mechanics of that playstyle.
Blossom Barrage Breakthrough Tier Bonuses

| 2 | Increases Critical Rate based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | The Martial Skill Spring Sorrow cast speed is increased by 30%, and the duration of the applied Chain Hit effect is extended to 15 seconds. |
| 4 | When Light Attack Charged Skill Spring Away hits a non-player unit with a Combo effect, every 3 hits will deal scatter damage to non-player units within a certain area (spreading to up to 5 targets with a single attack). |
| 5 | Increases Critical Damage Bonus by 4.4%. |
| 6 | Martial Arts Skill Spring Sorrow can store up to 3 charges. Hitting an enemy with Combo effect from you immediately reduces Spring Sorrow's cooldown by 5 seconds and grant 25 Floral Resources. This effect can only trigger once per skill cast. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Blossom Barrage: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
