When exploring Qinghe, you should prioritize doing Outposts with Dragon Keys as first time rewards. Dragon Keys unlock more Martial Arts found in the Qinghe region.

Martial arts are combat styles that provide a set of Skills, Abilities, and Basic Attacks.

How to Unlock All Martial Arts

Interact with Yi Dao's Sword to enter the Dream Realm

Dream-Realm

You can interact with Yi Dao (Killerblade)'s sword in the ruins of Blissful Retreat to start a short quest where you'll enter a Dream version of Blissful Retreat. This will allow you to complete some of the Sentient Beings you may have missed in Blissful Retreat before it gets ruined at the end of Chapter 1.
