To unlock Artisans: Hunter in the Hills, you have to complete Artisans: Reclusive Healer first. The Artisans: Hunter in the Hills is the third quest in the Artisans: The Five Remarkables quest series.

Artisans: Hunter in the Hills Walkthrough

Step Objectives
1
Objective 1
Go to the marked location and talk to Chang Wugong to start the quest. He's by the bamboo trees near the waterfall in Flower Expanse. You can teleport to the Blissful Retreat boundary stone to quickly get to him.

Objective 2
After talking to Chang Wugong initially, he will be at a different spot nearby. Talk to him again.

Objective 3
Shoot the Sparrow nearby with your bow. It will be marked, so you can easily track it. Take note that if you get close to it, it will run away. Make sure to shoot it at a distance so it won't run away.

Objective 4
Return to Chang Wugong to complete the quest.
