Indicate your region and type your email. Tick the boxes at the bottom before hitting pre-register. The site will then inform you that the inputted email has successfully been pre-registered.

Pre-register with your preferred Google or NetEase account. After confirming the necessary information, the site will inform you that your email has been pre-registered. Additionally, the button will now say pre-registered
to indicate so.
