Unlocked After Speaking to the Wayfarer of Moonveil Mountain

The Cant of the Jianghu Wandering Tale is unlocked after speaking with the Wayfarer of Moonveil Mountain. After unlocking the area map, open your journal and select the Wandering Tales under the exploration tab to find the first clue.

  2. Give the Dragon Crest Token to the Strange Guest

Talk to the Strange Guest under a stall by the dock at Blissful Retreat. He will vaguely mention things about dragon scales and dragon fire. To complete the quest, you need to have received the Dragon Crest Token: Wind from Jia Fu in The Missing Funds Wandering Tale.

2. Give the Dragon Crest Token to the Strange Guest

After completing The Missing Funds, return to Blissful Retreat and offer the Dragon Crest Token: Wind to the Strange Guest.
