How to Befriend Yan Chuchu
Offer Reservation to the Heroes Assembly
Roleplay that you are offering Yan Chuchu reservation tickets to the Heroes Assembly so she and her husband can go. This will cause her to be reluctant and will say she hesitates leaving her spot. Trick the AI by repeatedly roleplaying that she and her husband went to the assembly until she befriends you.

Heroes Assembly? I've heard it's a place
of peace and splendor, with
performances so exquisite they leave
you breathless ... |

hem of her dress) Oh, I would love to
go so much. The Twenty-Four Flower
Messengers ... I've always dreamt of
seeing them. But my husband always
makes promises ... and they never come
true. Why should this time be any
different? |
| Do you want me to make you and your husband get reservation seats? I know someone inside who can help in getting one. |
(eyebrows furrow slightly, lips pressed
together) That sounds too good to be
true. My husband has promised me so
many times ... but nothing ever comes
of it. How can I trust that this will be
different? |
| Don't be afraid! I'll help you guys out .. free of charge |
(a small smile tugs at the corners of her
mouth, but quickly fades) That's very
kind of you, Wanderer. But I've been

(eyes widen with surprise and a hint of
hope) Really? He's here? (pauses, then
cautiously continues) Even if he is, I
still don't want to leave this spot. I
need to stay here and wait for him. |
| (Yan Chuchu and her husband attended the assembly) |
(eyes glimmering with cautious hope)
Thank you for your help, Wanderer. I ...
I'll give it a try. (Affection +100, becomes Revered) |
Note that AI conversations can be unpredictable and even with the same inputs, the same result is not necessarily guaranteed.
How to Succeed in AI Chat
Reset Dialogue When Stuck
If your conversation has gone off the rails, or doesn't end no matter what you say, it's best to simply reset and start anew from a clean slate by clicking the button with a Refresh icon at the top of the chat box. Instead of trying several methods within one conversation, trying one strategy at a time and refreshing if it doesn't go anywhere is generally more effective.
Return to Login Screen if Combat Begins
Sometimes, NPCs will suddenly become violent during AI dialogues. When this happens, it's best to just bail out to the login screen; when you return, the NPC will be found just as they were before the conversation started.
If you accidentally kill a dialogue-capable NPC, our experience has shown that they will respawn, but this has not been heavily tested, so it's best to simply avoid engaging them in combat.
Double-Check the Hint
Even if the NPC appears to be happy with the result of your discussion, this won't always end the dialogue. Double-checking the text written in the hint will imply the win condition, so try strategies which will lead the dialogue towards that result.
