How to Unlock Bellman's Oath

Return to the Top of Peace Bell Tower

Unlock Req. Complete Exploration Quest - Oddity
Melodies of Peace

To unlock the Encounter, Bellman's Oath, you need to first complete the Exploration quest Oddity: Melodies of Peace. Then, return to the top of the Peace Bell Tower after some time to trigger a conversation with the Mysterious Person, which triggers the Encounter.

How to Reach the Roof of the Tower

Step Instruction

From the Bell
When facing the Demoncalm Bell, look to the open window on the right that has a scaffolding platform to step on.

Jump to Roof Above
On the scaffolding, you can double jump to the roof above.

Interact with the Ledge
Interact with the ledge to get to the roof of the tower.

Talk to the Mysterious Person on the Roof

Step Objectives

Objective 1
Follow the quest markers and talk to the Mysterious Person on the roof of the Peace Bell Tower. If you talked to him during the day,the Mysterious Person will ask you to come back at night time. Change the time to any hour in the night, then talk to him again.

Objective 2
After the Mysterious Person says a command to you, a cutscene will play. After the cutscene, you will find that the Mysterious Person has left, which completes the quest.
