How to Place a Signpost top
Signposts are placed by using them from your inventory in Where Winds Meet. Read on to learn what signposts are, their requirements, and where to get them.

How to Place Signposts

Use Signpost From Your Inventory

Signpost item

You can place a signpost by selecting it from your inventory. This option can be found in your character's bag, where you can also check how many signposts you currently have.

You Can Check Out Your Signposts In Social

Social Signposts

You can go in your social menu to see the status of your published signposts. You can check out and reply to the comments as well as see the number of likes you receive. You can also remove your signpost in this menu.

Take Photo In-Game

Take Photo

You can also use the in game photo mode to attach an image when placing a signpost. This method still consumes 1 signpost from your inventory. Just like with regular signposts, you can also add a brief message along with your photo.

There Are Various Ways to Obtain Signposts

There are several ways to obtain more signposts if you enjoy placing them throughout Jianghu. The easiest method is to purchase them from NPCs scattered across the map.

Interactive Communication

Signpost read

Signposts are an in-game medium to communicate with other players. They feature translation that allows you to understand posts from any language. Sometimes they provide you with useful information about the game, sometimes they are wholesome, and sometimes they are just troll messages.

You Can Disable Seeing Signposts In Settings

Signpost settings

You can toggle off the signposts placed by you and by other players in your settings. This is helpful when you find the signposts distracting and messy in-game.
