To unlock Wandering Tale The Good Deed, you need to pick up Jingnan's Pack behind the right tent in a small bandit camp in East Bodhi Sea.

Give the pack to Jingnan who is located near a Buddha statue right across the small bandit camp. Take note that you can't talk to Jingnan without picking up his pack first.
