Xiao Ping'an lurks around enemy camps. Little Master's Legacy I will unlock after you defeat all the enemies. You can usually see him observing the camp nearby. He spawns randomly across Verdant Wilds.

| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Approach Xiao Ping'An after defeating the enemy camp. He will ask you to perform the Strategic Sword - Inner Track Slash. |
| 2 |  After performing the move. Speak with Xiao Ping'An. You have passed the first test. He will tell you that you will meet again and that you need to learn the Stormbreaker Spear of the Raging Tides for your next meeting. |
