Defeat Lucky Seventeen in the Palace of Annals Campaign

Start the Palace of Annals campaign and reach its depths to fight Lucky Seventeen. Defeat Lucky Seventeen to complete the campaign and recieve the Vital Leech tome.

Vital Leech is an Epic Internal Art that does not belong to any Path of Martial Arts and provide more general effect. This makes them perfect complimentary Internal Arts to get for a lot of builds.
Vital Leech Breakthrough Tier Bonuses

| 1 | Increases the HP restored by Exhaustion Execution Skill to 12% of the damage dealt. |
| 2 | Increases Max HP based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | Casting Exhaustion Execution skill restores an additional 10 Qi. |
| 4 | Increases the damage of Exhaustion Execution Skill by a further 5%. |
| 5 | Increases Physical DMG Reduction by 2.5%. |
| 6 | Attacking Exhausted targets with any skill other than Exhaustion Execution skill will restore HP equal to 30% of the damage dealt. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Vital Leech: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
