How to Unlock Meridian Touch
Rescue Yan Qiren, the Man Surrounded by Statues

On the path between General’s Shrine and Heaven’s Pier, you will encounter Yan Qiren, a man who appears to have turned to stone. This will start the Meridian Touch quest. Speak to him to learn the Meridian Touch skill, then use it on him to release him and complete the quest.

Tier 1 Mystic Arts can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. Each Tier Promotion up to Tier 4 grants a bonus effect.

Mystic Arts are upgraded to different Ranks and Tiers by using varying levels of Ebon Iron and Mystic Art Breakthrough Materials, such as Beauty's Plume.
