Preload Begins December 10, 16:00 UTC
Pre-download begins on December 10 at 16:00 UTC, allowing players to unlock early character creation and access a playable demo. Pre-downloading ensures faster installation at launch, lets you explore game features ahead of time, and guarantees you’re ready to play when Where Winds Meet mobile officially releases.

Where Winds Meet Mobile supports cross-play and cross-progression, letting you access your character data, progress, and purchases across devices. Note: PC or console players must link their account before creating a mobile character. Accounts with existing characters cannot be merged.
Will the Mobile Experience Differ from PC?
Yes, There Will Be Differences
| Difficulty | New mobile characters can start on Story or Recommended difficulty. Expert unlocks at Lv. 30. For the highest difficulty, Legend, it’s best to create a PC account first. Legend progress carries over to mobile. |

| Combat Assistance | Assist Deflection is enabled by default to help new players learn mechanics, but it can be turned off in Settings. |
| Controls | Skill key layouts aren’t customizable yet. Customization and advanced controls will come in a future update. |
