How to Unlock Clean Sweep
Open the Notice from Kaifeng Prefecture Letter

To unlock the Encounter Clean Sweep, open the mail named Notice from Kaifeng Prefecture in your Inbox.
Clean Sweep Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Go to the alley near the Main South Gate in Kaifeng City and eavesdrop on the Clumsy Constable then talk to him afterwards. |
| 2 |  Read the notice on the wall in front of the Clumsy Constable then talk to the Clumsy Constable again. You'll be then asked to remove the notice. After removing it, talk to the Clumsy Constable one more time. |
| 3 |  Remove the three (3) fake notices around the area. They are all marked in the map, so it's easy to locate each of them. After removing a notice, a short dialogue with a nearby NPC will occur. |
| 4 |  After removing all fake notices, go to the marked location on the bridge near the Harmonic Span boundary stone. You'll trigger a dialogue with an NPC named Shu Benkui. |
| 5 |  Go in front of the Kaifeng Prefecture Office near the Kaifeng Prefecture boundary stone and eavesdrop on Zhen Laoba. Talk to him afterwards and hand over the fake notices to complete the quest. |
