Complete Legacy: Healer's Calling Quest

 Go to Mercyheart Town and complete the Legacy: Healer's Calling quest to join the Healer's Union and receive the Restoring Blossom: Tome. |
The Restoring Blossom: Tome is rewarded for joining the Healer's Union by completing the Legacy: Healer's Calling quest. This quest unlocks at level 13 and can be started in Mercyheart Town, located in the northwest section of Qinghe.

| 4 | Heart Nourishment and Heart Focus now stack up to 6 times. |
| 5 | Increases Critical Healing Bonus by 4%. |
| 6 | Dealing Critical healing to a target with below 30% HP adds 2 stacks of Heart Nourishment and Heart Focus. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Restoring Blossom: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
