Complete the Jimming Pool: Petalfall Banquet Quest

 Start the Quest in the North Imperial Garden, located south of Jimming Pool. Note that you must be in the location during the Shen (monkey) and You (Chicken) hour to trigger the quest. |

 Invite the envoys to the banquet then speak to them to be transported to the Jimming Pool. Complete the quest to obtain the tome for Vendetta. |
Complete the Jimming Pool quest in Kaifeng to obtain the Vendetta Tome. You can start the quest by speaking to the Wayfarer at found at Jadewood Court.

Rat Pursuit cannot have its effect extended by allies. When Pulling Rope, Guiding Blade hits a target afflicted with your Rat Pursuit, it immediately triggers the Rat Pursuit damage and refreshes the effect. |

Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Vendetta: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
