Clear Mercyheart Monastery and Defeat Huiyao

 Take down all guards at Mercyheart Monastery, destroy all Daturas and defeat Huiyao to complete the outpost. Completing the outpost will reward the Thunderous Bloom tome, which you can then comprehend in your abilities tab. |
Head to Mercyheart Monastery then take down all guards and destroy all Daturas (purple plants) the complete the fort. Upon first completion you'll be rewarded with the Thunderous Bloom tome.

Thunderous Bloom is an Epic Internal Art that strongly synergizes with the Silkbind - Jade path of Martial Arts, further enhancing the mechanics of that playstyle.
Thunderous Bloom Breakthrough Tier Bonuses

| 2 | Increases Physical Attack based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | The Spring Thunder damage bonus effect additionally increases 15% Chi Damage. |
| 4 | The number of Spring Thunder stacks gained when triggering the effect is increased to 5. |
| 5 | Increases Physical DMG Bonus by 2.5% |
| 6 | During the Spring Thunder effect, when Heavy Attack, Aerial Heavy Attack, Light Attack, or Light Attack Charged Skill hits a target with Chi below 30% or under Spirit Depletion, it restores 1 stack of Spring Thunder effect. Can only trigger once every 2 seconds. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Thunderous Bloom: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
