The Agile Steps set is obtained by purchasing Gear Chests from the Seasonal Shop using Jade Fish.
Jade Fish is obtained by participating in energy-related activities and other engagements in game.
Note: This set is only purchasable in the Season Shop in Solo Mode Lv. 7+ (Tier 56+ Gear)

The effects granted depend on whether you're wearing 2 or 4 pieces of equipment with the Agile Steps effect.
Agile Steps is a Defensive Set and can only be equipped in Armor Slots.
