How to Unlock Perfect Sync
Approach the Tai Chi Practitioner

Approach the Tai Chi practitioner at the location to start the quest automatically.
There are a total of 7 Perfect Sync Injustice Quests available in Qinghe and Kaifeng. These do not show up on the map until you stumble upon their exact locations.
Perfect Sync Puzzle Solution
Use Meridian Touch to Immobilize the Tai Chi Practitioner
Use Meridian Touch to immobilize the Tai Chi practitioner in order to sync him with the instructor. You can then use Meridian Touch to deactivate instantly to match his pose with the other practitioner.
If the puzzle requires two Tai Chi practitioners to sync, focus on immobilizing and syncing the first practitioner with the instructor before moving on to the second one.

These are all the rewards you can get by doing Perfect Sync. The rewards listed above are the total earned as you progress through the quest and upon completing it.
All 7 Perfect Sync Injustice Quests offer the same rewards for completing each one.
Compendium Entry
Completing all instances of Perfect Sync will reward you with Echo Jade and boost you with Compendium Points. Additionally, each reward track will reward you with an increasing number of Echo Jade as you hit higher milestones with your accumulated Compendium Points.
