Best Sets for PvE

Hawkwing Set and Eaglerise Set

When any of your damage triggers Affinity, gain Hawking: Increases Physical Attack by 2% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Eaglerise
Eaglerise Set
(Armor)		 2 Pieces:
Physical Defense +1
4 Pieces:
Dealing damage overtime or healing grants 1 stack of Eaglerise: Reduces damage taken by 1.2% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. At max stacks, receives an Eagle Guard effect that reduces the next incoming damage within 10 seconds by 90% (halved when the damage comes from a boss). This effect can only trigger once every 30 seconds.

Using the 4-pc effect of Hawkwing Set with the 4-pc Eaglerise Set allows for a more balanced gameplay, since both sets excel in providing offensive and defensive boosts to players. Hawking Set particularly shines from Level 41 and above, as this is the time when players can increase their Momentum stat to further bump up their Affinity Hit Rate to proc Hawking's set effect more often!

Casting Martial Art Skill activates Jadeware effect: Increases Affinity DMG by 10% and deals 20% more Affinity DMG to targets under control or have lower than 40% Qi. This effect lasts 12 seconds and can only trigger once every 30 seconds.
Formbend

Your shield duration is extended by 2 seconds. If you have more than 85% Qi or a Qi damage immunity shield, reduce all HP damage taken by 20%.

Another slightly well-rounded set combination is Jadeware and Formbend, which provides damage reduction and Affinity damage boost when shielded and/or after using a Martial Skill. The most suitable weapon for this set is the Nameless Sword, which checks all the boxes in triggering the conditions of both sets!

Rainwhisper Set and Moonflare Set

Increases all Critical DMG and healing by 10%, and further increases them by 15% when you have an HP shield.

When attacking while defending, there is a 30% chance to create a shield that absorbs up to 10% of Max HP, lasting 20 seconds. If a shield already exists, restores 2% HP in addition. This effect can only trigger once every 60 seconds.

A great set to equip when playing out with HP Shields is the Rainwhisper-Moonflare set, which provides a Critical DMG and healing boost when HP-shielded. This shield scales off of the character's Max HP, which is directly increased by both set's 2-pc effect. This combination shines best in battles of attrition, particularly against bosses whose attacks pack a punch!

Ivorybloom Set and Whirlsnow Set

At Max HP, there is a bonus 5% chance to deal Critical healing and damage, and increases the effects of Critical healing and damage by 15%.
Whirlsnow
Whirlsnow Set

Physical Defense +1
4 Pieces:
When you lose more than 40% of Max HP in a single instance of damage or when your HP falls below 20%, the next healing you receive within 5 seconds restores an additional 25% of your Max HP. This effect triggers once every 60 seconds.

Using Ivorybloom with Whirlsnow provides the highest sustainability rate amongst all the sets, particulary against bosses, whose attacks can proc Whirlsnow's 4-pc effect more frequently. What this set combo lacks in damage, it makes up for its ability to dish out massive healing, as well as critical damage boost to switch your playstyle from a healer, to a sub-DPS unit that contributes to survivability and damage!
